Shipping and Returns

All products in the Autumn Cozy boutique are printed on demand. It takes about 2–7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products (phone cases, etc.). Then you need to add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. You will see your estimated shipping time displayed at checkout.

97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Customs duties & taxes

Paying more for your item upon its arrival can suck, but unfortunately Autumn Cozy has no control over import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is solely responsible for these fees. These fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

Do you ship to all countries?

Items from the Autumn Cozy Boutique cannot be shipped to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

For now, we are unable to ship to ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

We’re able to ship to all other countries and ship internationally, but again please note that your order may incur customs duties and taxes.

Returns

Damaged items: 

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with us with a clear photo of the damaged item within a week’s time

Wrong size:

We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer realizes they need a smaller or larger size. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the individual product pages before ordering, and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering.)

Sale items:

We’re sorry, but sale items are final and cannot be returned.
